While both RubberWay and PolyTurf installations are relatively easy to install and are virtually maintenance free, professional installation and a regular maintenance program will ensure a long lasting, trouble free and cost effective project.

USSA, Inc is our company responsible for installations and maintenance and we have on call trained and competent crews available all across America who will ensure that the sub-strate is properly prepared, the edges are adequately protected, the rubber and binder are well mixed in the correct proportions and at the right temperature, and the surface is troweled smoothly and expertly.

All installations done by our contractors carry a 5 year product and installation warranty.

Like any project, regular maintenance will extend the useful life of the installation and minimize any problems that may develop. Our maintenance contractors will, depending on the specific contract, keep the surface free of any potentially damaging contaminents, repair small damaged areas, clean the surface and refresh the UV protective coating if necessary. Maintenance contracts are arranged to suit the wishes and needs of our customers.
